1. Service-Based Refund Policy

We understand that digital marketing and SEO services are ongoing processes that take time to show measurable results. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policies:

1.1 Subscription Services

For our monthly subscription services (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans):

  • If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days (trial period) of your first payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • After the first 14 days, we do not provide refunds for the current billing period, but we will stop future billing.
  • If we fail to deliver any core services as outlined in your service agreement for a full monthly period, you may request a prorated refund for that specific period.

1.2 Project-Based Services

For one-time project services:

  • If we have not begun work on your project, you may receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • If we have already started work on your project, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account information and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered according to agreed specifications
  • Subscription fees beyond the first 14 days of service
  • Setup or onboarding fees
  • Additional services requested beyond the original scope
  • Services where performance metrics outlined in the agreement have been met

4. Disputed Charges

If you find a charge on your account that you believe is incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at billing@maqdigitalservices.com
  • Provide details of the transaction in question
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue within 5 business days

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Login to your client dashboard and navigate to the billing section
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
  • You may also contact our customer service to assist with cancellation
  • Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you are facing a unique situation not covered by this policy, please contact our customer service team, and we will review your case individually.
